Chris Cinnamon founded Cinnamon Mueller in 2000. With offices in Chicago, DC, and St. Louis, the firm serves as outside counsel to the American Cable Association and focuses its practices on serving small and medium-sized cable and broadband providers throughout the US. Chris represents clients before the FCC, state and local regulatory bodies, and advises clients on a wide range of cable-related regulatory and transactional matters. He speaks frequently on topics including broadcast signal carriage, local cable franchise matters, and issues of particular concern to smaller market cable operators. Chris is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School (cum Laude) and Williams College (highest honors). Before attending law school, Chris served in the United States Navy, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Commander and accumulating over 1,500 flight hours and 200 carrier landings, most in the F-14 Tomcat.
Ross Lieberman is the Senior Vice President of Government Affairs for the American Cable Association (ACA). Lieberman has 15+ years of trade association and corporate experience advocating before Congress and federal agencies, including the Federal Communications Commission, on behalf of broadband, video, and phone providers.
