- Is there anything happening locally that you need to communicate with your customers? For example, do you have any planned projects that could potentially impact delivery of utilities?
- Are there any recurring issues that you could deal with through a communication campaign?
- What about internal communications? For instance, are there any upcoming work anniversaries to celebrate or employee benefit changes that team members will need to know about?
Take some time over the next few weeks to plan out your communication needs for the rest of 2022. Then, add dates to the calendar of when you need to start working on communications and when you want them to get to their intended audience.
