The intent of this survey is to make data more accessible and representative for Iowa electric utilities that will help add value to employee recruitment, retention, and engagement in your organizations. For those of you who participated last year, the survey is in the same format with some small changes. All jobs included in the compensation section last year are included for 2018. However, one big change is 17 jobs have been adde this year. Most of the newly added jobs are primarily office / management type jobs with two specific to electric utilities.
The deadline date for participation is March 16, 2018.
All submissions will be securely held and all data confidentiality maintained by HR Hotline Associates. In no situation will individual information be supplied to anyone outside of HR Hotline Associates. In addition, compensation results will only be published for a survey job or line item when a minimum of five participants have responded.
A survey results report will be published and made available for purchase in late May. As a participant, the survey will be offered at a reduced price of $175. Non-participants will also be able to purchase the survey but at a higher price. Participants are not obligated to purchase the survey. You can make that decision at the time the report is available. We encourage you to take this opportunity to participate in the survey. The results will help advance the resourcing of important compensation and benefits information for the Electric Utility Industry of Iowa.
