IAMU Offering Notice-to-Bidders Posting Service For Free to Members

As of July 1, 2016, governmental entities (including utilities) must now post Notice to Bidders in three specific ways:

• In a relevant contractor plan room service with statewide circulation.
• In a relevant construction lead-generating service with statewide circulation.
• On an internet site sponsored by either a governmental entity or a statewide association that represents the governmental entity.
  

IAMU is a statewide association that represents governmental entities. To help our members fulfill the requirement to post the Notice to Bidders on an internet site, IAMU will – at no charge to members – post notices to the IAMU website. To learn more about this service, click here.
