The Iowa Utilities Board (IUB) is conducting a survey for the IUB’s Damage Prevention program. The IUB requests that you complete this survey or encourage your stakeholders to also complete the survey. The training aid/survey is designed to take about 20 minutes to complete and link will be active through October 8, 2021.

The IUB developed this survey to understand reasons for noncompliance with Iowa’s One Call processes and to act as a training aid to educate stakeholders. The IUB will publish a summary of this survey on the Iowa Utilities Board website and submit this summary to the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration’s (PHMSA) program. No names or identifying information will be transmitted to the State of Iowa or PHMSA.
