- Consider creating an editorial calendar for the year so you know what message you will include and when. Leave the option for timely issues or message that may come up.
- Be concise with your message. A line or two is likely all that you can fit anyway. If you have additional information that people need to know about, direct them to a specific website address and/or include a QR (Quick Response) code that customers can scan with their smartphones to link to the additional information.
